CORVUS aggregates public market data, news, and sentiment indicators into composite risk scores, analytics signals, and market context. • Scrape, crawl, or deploy automated mechanisms that place an unreasonable load on the Service infrastructure;
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service, system servers, or other users' accounts;
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service's proprietary algorithms except where permitted by applicable law;

6. Plans and Billing

CORVUS provides a free tier and may offer premium subscription plans. Where a paid tier is applicable, pricing, billing cycles, trial conditions, and renewal terms will be explicitly presented prior to transaction, forming an integral part of these terms.

Market pricing and underlying signals are derived from third-party exchanges and data providers. CORVUS and SJL TECHNOLOGIES LLC do not control these sources and make no guarantees regarding data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability. Free-tier data may be subject to delays.

8. Intellectual Property & Ownership

The Service, including software architecture, visual designs, risk intelligence models, documentation, and the CORVUS branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of SJL TECHNOLOGIES LLC or its licensors. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Service in accordance with these terms.

9. System Availability & Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update any feature of the Service at any time without prior notice. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
